| How do I know which type of regalia I need? Most students will purchase Souvenir Regalia. Only EdD and PhD candidates use Fine Quality Regalia (custom) when ordered by the deadline, with a rental option available after the deadline. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree → Souvenir (purchase) • Doctoral (DAUD, DNP, PHARMD, DPT) → Souvenir (purchase) • Doctoral (EdD, PhD) → Fine Quality (purchase by deadline) or Rental (after deadline) |
| What is the difference between Souvenir and Fine Quality regalia? Souvenir Regalia is a standard set intended for purchase and typically arrives faster. Fine Quality Regalia is a premium, custom set for EdD/PhD only and requires a longer production time. Souvenir Regalia (Bachelor’s, Master’s & Eligible Doctorates)
| Souvenir Regalia – Who qualifies and what is the deadline? Who needs Souvenir Regalia (purchase): Bachelor’s, Master’s, and the following doctoral programs: DAUD, DNP, PHARMD, DPT (see full list below). Order deadline (Oak Hall): April 12th Estimated delivery: Typically 8–21 days after order placement. If you miss the April 12th deadline: A limited number of Souvenir Regalia sets will be available for purchase in-store or online (pickup or shipping). Sizes are limited; early ordering is strongly encouraged. |

Fine Quality Regalia (EdD & PhD only)
| Fine Quality Regalia – Deadlines, production & rentals Purchase deadline (Oak Hall): March 2nd Production time: Approximately 8 weeks (ships ~8 weeks from order date). If you miss the March 2nd deadline: A limited number of Fine Quality gowns will be available to rent. The bookstore orders a limited number of pre-made Fine Quality rental gowns each semester specifically for students who miss the purchase deadline. These rental sets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rental reservations will open in-store and online starting March 3rd. Rental return deadline: All rented Fine Quality gowns must be returned by May 9th by 6:00 PM. Replacement fee: If the rental gown is not returned by the deadline, a replacement collection cost of $1,129.00 will be charged. Rental arrival: Expected late April. Once the date is confirmed, this page will be updated and all reserved students will be contacted. |

| We accept the following forms of payment for regalia orders through the bookstore: • Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) - in-store & online • Cash - in-store only • OneCard - in-store & online If you are renting Fine Quality regalia, you can pay with cash or OneCard, but you'll need to provide a valid debit or credit card to keep on file in case the rental regalia is not returned. **Please note that orders placed through Oak Hall may allow different payment methods** |
